Good pay, good coworkers. I know I’m making a difference. Hours are long and not recognized or acknowledged. Managers are not fair and are difficult to work
Negative. Talked down upon by people in "power" positions. No one listened to my concerns
The leaders are personable and know you by name. They always take time to say hi and listen when you need them to.
