What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders are personable and know you by name. They always take time to say hi and listen when you need them to.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair with all employees and keeping personal bias out of the workplace. Not holding grudges.
Respect for employees and listening to them

Meets all my needs and is comprehensive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least a wage that compensates for the lack of respect for our team
Only 10 days off all year for sick and vacation days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together really well at our level. We help each other out and listen to ideas with an open mind

Coworkers should be accountable for own actions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowing that what we do is making a difference. Knowing that we are all doing our part to make lives better

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers needs to be more fair and nonjudgmental and not pick favorites. Also need for understanding with time management and recognizing how much work employees are really doing
Doctors just do whatever and put in lab work unnecessarily
