Helping people resolve their issues

Coworkers , and helping people that are sick

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers needs to be more fair and nonjudgmental and not pick favorites. Also need for understanding with time management and recognizing how much work employees are really doing

Doctors just do whatever and put in lab work unnecessarily
