What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been with company for 6 years. The team as been consist for the most part with a few changes in office team. They always reach out to make sure everything is running smoothly personally and professionally. 5 star company can't see myself leaving.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually caring about employee morale and quality service delivery to their clients.
Everything Communication, understanding, respect, team work Etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical, dental and vision benefits that can be taken directly from income.
The health care is the best lot of options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower premiums for health insurance, offering company stock, and higher percentages for retirement plan matches.
They place you places thats to far n wanna playless they dont tell you the client care plan and they honestly dont care
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuinely good and hardworking people.
They are very helpful supportive individuals.
They listen and try to solve problems quickly and fairly

Remove and replace the executive team.

The clients we work with are great
Helping the consumers and seeing the smile on their faces

Remove and replace the executive team, focus more on building the skills of our external employees, be more engaged with the community, etc.
