What are some of the best things about your team?Genuinely good and hardworking people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I've been with company for 6 years. The team as been consist for the most part with a few changes in office team. They always reach out to make sure everything is running smoothly personally and professionally. 5 star company can't see myself leaving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Medical, dental and vision benefits that can be taken directly from income.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?More focused on the realities of the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Remove and replace the executive team, focus more on building the skills of our external employees, be more engaged with the community, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Remove and replace the executive team.
The goal of OSH is to provide caregivers that meet the consumer’s needs in a nurturing environment, while allowing them to maintain their independence. All consumers will be as involved, or uninvolved, in the process as they wish - making their at-home experience as comfortable as possible.
