Salary is consumerate with experience

The salary is more than competitive for a relatively small firm (vs Big 4).

Broad and deep benefits - excellent flexible leave program, INCREDIBLE education benefits, extra federal holidays like Columbus Day, a bonus pool that is open to all employees, a 401k match, frequent perks and extras, spot bonus', etc.

Keeps my bills paid and always have extra funds for vacation.
