What do you like best about the leadership team?
Regular round table meetings, very accessible
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks are excellent, benefits are free or cheap for the employee, unlimited free printing, lots of gift cards

Mistakes result in training rather than blame and reactivity

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think for the company culture to become better we need to emphasize efficiency and productivity. If we are more efficient and productive we, as a team, could accomplish much more in day than we are at this rate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very open instructions regarding where to go, who to speak to, even that they wanted me to dress comfortably, not formally.
