- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do a lot of work, a lot more than others in my department. I also have a lot more responsibilities than others in my department and we all get paid the same or more.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's a livable salary but I'm still barely scraping by in the Bay area.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to be more transparent about the company's direction. And there needs to be more investment in entry-level employees' growth.
