What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Not much office politics. I enjoy being there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do a lot of work, a lot more than others in my department. I also have a lot more responsibilities than others in my department and we all get paid the same or more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's a livable salary but I'm still barely scraping by in the Bay area.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to be more transparent about the company's direction. And there needs to be more investment in entry-level employees' growth.
