The private insurance they offer that I can extend to my kid. Please note that I work in a remote office out of the US, this may vary for my Americans co-workers.

I feel the salary for my position is not competitive with similar jobs, but I do understand that is being evaluated.
WorldStrides aquires other companies often, leaving employees that have been with the company for years in the dust as others are pulled in and pushed into existing teams, carrying over their old titles, leaving no room for growth for those that have been around.
The benefits are expensive and not extensive
WorldStrides has a well earned reputation for being cheap on compensation, despute their bs cliams.
Compensation is not commensurate with work. The work is skilled and takes knowledge, training, and experience. In a major and moderately expensive city, the starting pay is not enough to live on alone. Employees take second jobs or have to have roommates to survive. This is not just at entry level.
The compensation is not equal to the work expected. More and more work is piled onto employees with no increase in pay or title. Any requests for re-evaluate of being paid value for output are immediately shut down. Yearly raises do not even cover inflation and cost of living adjustments.
compensation is the worst in the business. would be better off flipping burgers
More money paid for fewer hours worked
