Worldstrides was a great company until the new CEO destroyed it. Unfortunately I know many people that are thinking of leaving, and it is largely due to his leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a change at the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The bonds that exist in my team, and in many of the teams, are what keep us moving forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have some really strong leaders, but they are becoming less effective as the CEO has become such a prevalent topic in meetings. Their are still a number of great people who are passionate about the company.
