WorldStrides, as any other company has its pros and cons, but it is definitely an amazing place to work at. You get to travel, meet people from other countries and meet amazing human beings on the way! Highly recommended.

They're very accessible and approachable. They really like to be close to us and they're always open to communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Particularly my team has a very nice environment, we help each other a lot and one feels confident to ask any question or for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage people to work along and contribute with ideas. We have a lot of team building activities and you get to meet lots of people from around the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The private insurance they offer that I can extend to my kid. Please note that I work in a remote office out of the US, this may vary for my Americans co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to work with people that most of them are on the same page as I do and at some point, you can really think of some of them like family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That you get to meet the person that will be your boss if you get the job in another perspective, meaning the interview is professional but they do it in a way that you don't feel uncomfortable whatsoever.
