What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Very understanding and willing to work with you!

The food that they bring is nice but other than that theres nothing redeeming about them

We have some really strong leaders, but they are becoming less effective as the CEO has become such a prevalent topic in meetings. Their are still a number of great people who are passionate about the company.

Review from Operations Dept

The executive leadership team is only concerned about white knuckling their tiny bit of power so they can exercise it over everyone "beneath" them. The loop is "we want your feedback, we're open to suggestion!" but they ignore everything that comes from below executive level.

The leadership team lacks emotional intelligence and the capacity to care about their employees. There is nothing I like about executive leadership. My personal leadership team is great but they also struggle against executive leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Medcal is better than other places I've been. PTO allocations are FAR better than many other places.

LIFE INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE, REFERRAL BONUS

Review from Operations Dept

The private insurance they offer that I can extend to my kid. Please note that I work in a remote office out of the US, this may vary for my Americans co-workers.

Review from Operations Dept

Fair pay, good benefit selection, great time off.

Review from Operations Dept

Good benefit choices and great time off.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Solid talent and great chemistry.

Publicly, embarrassing employees should not be tolerated in any capacity. Operating off of a public grading system while simultaneously not allowing us to discuss our pay within other coworkers is illegal in so many ways.

Very nice people to work with

We are passionate about what we do.

The bonds that exist in my team, and in many of the teams, are what keep us moving forward.

Review from Operations Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Having flexibility to work at home has made a huge difference, I enjoy my days in the office as well.

The only positive is the people. Honestly, there isn't much else. I don't say that to be dramatic, but the management and company culture is so horrid that all you can do it hope to survive with the help of your equally beaten down co-workers.

Positivity comes from your direct coworkers, management is negative and see employees as 'money grubbing whiners'. The CEO has told the entire company, when people asked for appropriate pay, that we "want money thrown at us" and he can "fire 100 people" for more money to make people feel badly.

My company is against sexual harassment and they are always worried about this stuff, also they enables us to avoid this and don't shut up

Review from Operations Dept

They encourage people to work along and contribute with ideas. We have a lot of team building activities and you get to meet lots of people from around the world.

Review from Operations Dept

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

It was a little weird that I had to jump through so many hoops and interviews for a low level position

The interview process is a bit silly, a panel (more than 1 person) interview after a screening stage for an entry level position paying less thank $40,000 was overkill.

The convivial nature of the interview.

Everything was all new for me, and since the beginning HR was so wonderfull!

Review from Operations Dept

That you get to meet the person that will be your boss if you get the job in another perspective, meaning the interview is professional but they do it in a way that you don't feel uncomfortable whatsoever.

Review from Operations Dept

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Success. Seeing and hearing from happy clients

Feeling productive and valued and being showed genuine appreciation

Being able to see how much the Pathways program make the scholars happy

work culture, my co-workers, there is always coffe and sometimes donuts. And of course, every day i learn something neew

Review from Operations Dept

That I get to work with people that most of them are on the same page as I do and at some point, you can really think of some of them like family.
