Smart and nice, forward thinking.
My boss is very approachable.

The leadership team is great! Smart individuals minus the egos. They are passionate about the company's success.

Leadership on only good for belittling the laborers and stroking their own egos

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Roth 401k is a cool option.
The ESOP is a major win.
our ESOP is above average
The performance bonus and the ESOP combined make for a great compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been a temporary employee for 2 years despite having learned to everything. I can do NR work, dual Contained, SIM, Tuning, everything. However its not in the budget (which is out of my control) to hire me on and hasn't been in the budget for 2 years. Fuck this company

What are some of the best things about your team?
It's an open door policy here. I'm able to ask questions to the leadership team without feeling like a burden.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work well together. We've been told the middle point team is the best their is.

Everyone is willing to help others out.
The teamwork here is remarkable and because we are employee-owned, there is a strong sense of ownership and pride in everyone's work.

I met with multiple people, nearly my whole future team as well as an executive. It was transparent and feedback was given in a timely manner.
