What did you like most about the interview process?I was flown to Maryland for training and put up in a nice hotel and was taken to nice restaurants.
What makes you most happy at work?Helping our members get on top of their health.
What are some of the best things about your team?We help each other and cover for each other on PTO.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?We need better managers and better pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We need to have a fair market value and adjust accordingly. We did not get raises when they were going to spend Conifer off as its own intenty for a few years. Then covid hit running up market prices. We got a 2% raise. We are behind.
