- What needs to change to make the company culture better?We need better managers and better pay.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We need to have a fair market value and adjust accordingly. We did not get raises when they were going to spend Conifer off as its own intenty for a few years. Then covid hit running up market prices. We got a 2% raise. We are behind.
