What do you like best about the leadership team?So far, I have never been lied to. Questions are answered directly and within a reasonable amount of time. If someone does not know an answer, they seek an accurate response. Employees are treated with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The match plan for the retirement package is fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?Team goals are ruled by the majority of the members. Many teams are diverse, so they are more balanced and impartial. If there are imbalances, they are usually addressed by upper management.
