What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO, pretty good health/vision/dental, 401K match up to 5% with the company contributing 4%

The overall compensation package is fair. Benefits are great generally speaking, although the dental coverage could be better.

Generous health and dental and 401K, so the basics are covered well and they have affordable options for life insurance and family coverage.

New benefits package has added FSAs to the very generous 401K matching program.

Very good salary and respectable benefits make from an overall vey satisfactory comp plan.

New health care coverage is a BIG boost to my overall package and generous holiday/vacation doesn't hurt.

More than fair market value for this area with lost of oppty for upward mobility
