There is a lot wrong but the most is that workers are just not appreciated

They ask to much for what they pay for.

It was quick and i was hired right away .. now I regret that. I should of found out more about the company before I even applied.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible place to work for. A lot of back stabbing and favoritism instead of doing things by the rules. Management has no idea what they are doing and only got the job because the brother is a government official.
