What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making decision and thinking things through
Strategy, less micro managing, global vision, org structure
The leadership team needs to get their heads out of each others' butts and actually lead. They treat the company like a sorority and that trickles down to management, who treat their staff like it's high school all over again. Grow up and actually come up with a consistent game plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited potential for me personally and for my family.
its an independent position so while i don't have benefits there are a lot of benefits to the program with rewards, incentives and travel

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company likes to think it's a "tech" company, but it's really not, and salary and benefits reflect the lack of honesty and self-awareness of leadership. It's a retail company and pays it's corporate staff slightly better than people in retail stores.

People need to not solely focus on the consultants who are soaring. I know I’m a very shy person and it makes growing business more difficult but leaders don’t like to help with that thing that holds people back

Clear priority, direction and ownership
Meetings are plentiful and useless. No one attends meetings with any meaningful participation or input. They're mostly there because someone invited them and they want their calendars to look full so that they can show why they "add" value to the company.

No matter how many people I speak with I cannot get people to join in business and even joining as a customer is getting slower and slower. I wish the whole company could make it more known that we are not a pyramid scheme. People are very hesitant and always think scheme
