its an independent position so while i don't have benefits there are a lot of benefits to the program with rewards, incentives and travel

The company likes to think it's a "tech" company, but it's really not, and salary and benefits reflect the lack of honesty and self-awareness of leadership. It's a retail company and pays it's corporate staff slightly better than people in retail stores.
