What do you like best about the leadership team?
My EOA is kind, fair and generous almost to a fault, she is very conscenious, and very easy to work with

Communication and being trust worthy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im not in the compensation program... i have outside compensation
Employees are in and out of the system all the time. No stability
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team with the exception of the 2 insubordinate employees that think they run the off, no respect for thr EOA
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings with nothing accomplished
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give to charity and encourage others to do so
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get tid of the insubordinate employee.. if not im afriad they will infect The other employees. Which will them create a toxic workplace
Dump the company and get rid of all the leadership

Being able to discuss my diverse background
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR is a joke. They know nothing about HR
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a hard working, fun group, except the insubordinate ones

No follow through. Not a positive environment
