Remove punitive negative leaders and replace with leaders who establish positive practice environments.

Poor culture, humiliation, bullying, dishonesty and other disruptive behaviors exhibited by some leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is in line with average compensation for my current job title.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting leaders in place who establish a positive practice environment and psychological safety for teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel valued if my manager would set clear goals and award annual bonuses for achieving goals.
