The hospital should be privatized and corruption should be investigated and prosecuted.

When hired as a new manager I was to meet with my manager for training, but she was too busy. For over a month I sat there waiting. She had the nerve to complain about me when we had not spent 5 minutes together showing me my job. There are severe staffing shortages that make it unsafe to work.

They should be open to new ideas and suggestions to get better

I was a temparary employee so the benefits etc. Did not apply.

I would feel valued if my manager would set clear goals and award annual bonuses for achieving goals.

More staffing. The problem here is the staff all have high degrees and no one to do the work.

They need to hire middle and upper management with people who have ability to make things better instead of their seniority

Poor culture, humiliation, bullying, dishonesty and other disruptive behaviors exhibited by some leaders.
