Worst experience in my professional career

I enjoyed going to work everyday. At the time of my original employment the pandemic was at its worst and we were working 7 days a week plus double shifts to keep up with tranfering COVID units to regular ICU and vice versa. We were also seperating nurse stations in the Emerency department .

My work experience is poor due to the poor culture and environment.

They are starting to work together finally

Management was very professional and helpful with keeping track of hours and other official ditys required when we were working long days , 7 days a week.

Managing the entire team without any conflicts between people.

The hospital should be privatized and corruption should be investigated and prosecuted.

When hired as a new manager I was to meet with my manager for training, but she was too busy. For over a month I sat there waiting. She had the nerve to complain about me when we had not spent 5 minutes together showing me my job. There are severe staffing shortages that make it unsafe to work.

They should be open to new ideas and suggestions to get better

I was a temparary employee so the benefits etc. Did not apply.

I would feel valued if my manager would set clear goals and award annual bonuses for achieving goals.
