What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all very close, the culture we've cultivated is conducive to mentorship, teaching and learning from each other, and awesome hangouts. We regularly meet up outside of work. Everyone genuinely wants to keep each other here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership, in particular on engineering, really leads by example. From top to bottom, everyone puts in the work. The company calibrates towards what methods work. We even eat together, pretty much every lunch break.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact it was a combination is skills assessments, scenario response assessments, amd being told how great the compnay is, made everything feel so smooth and calm.
