Proven, check. Works harder than anyone else at the company, check. Provides amazing benefits, check. Mentorship, check. The leadership team is driven to make an amazing product, putting customers first.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all very close, the culture we've cultivated is conducive to mentorship, teaching and learning from each other, and awesome hangouts. We regularly meet up outside of work. Everyone genuinely wants to keep each other here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership, in particular on engineering, really leads by example. From top to bottom, everyone puts in the work. The company calibrates towards what methods work. We even eat together, pretty much every lunch break.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact it was a combination is skills assessments, scenario response assessments, amd being told how great the compnay is, made everything feel so smooth and calm.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my impacts are genuinely appreciated. My team has my back. People care about each other here.
