Not too long if they are interested in you.
How long does it take to hear back after applying to Sysmex?
They reached out to me using a head hunter. They are a bit picky when selecting candidates. If you don’t hear from them right away, it may not be a good sign.
What does the ideal candidate in the Engineering department look like at Sysmex?
A highly technical medical technologist with some IT knowledge (basic networking at least) is the ideal candidate. Biomed degree/experience will be acceptable. Experience in medical equipment and customer service is also acceptable. Highly technical field service engineer with no medical background may work if you can show that you are a fast learner.
How's the work life balance at Sysmex?

Not everyone is treated equally There is a management clique and either you're in or your out HR always side with management even if they're wrong It's a phony atmosphere with a lot a back stabbing
