Q&A With Beckman Coulter Employees
Our associates and leaders come from a diverse array of backgrounds and experiences, but all share one thing in common: a commitment to moving healthcare forward, for laboratories, clinicians and their patients.
How employees describe working at Beckman Coulter
Staying hybrid as I was hired
My experience with Beckman Coulter Diagnostics has been disappointing due to several key issues. Primarily, the company's diagnostic products seem to have become commoditized, lacking the innovation and differentiation needed to stand out in a competitive market.
even good people are rated bad
Beckman is a great company, Danaher is extremely tight with budgets, and all teams run in survival mode. Attrition is common, when associates leave or move within OpCos they are often not replaced. A lot of focus on development and support but not sure that you see a monetary reward for that.
I worked here for 15 years and the friendship between bosses is all because there a bunch of coke head and addicts and help each other get through plus the supplier works within! Sad to say but the truth and they look out for each others back to watch for themselves.
