Align the CEO goals to tactical goals in departmental levels. Evaluate and measure success within the smaller team periodically. Coach mid managers on how to be effective coaches.

They want you to do more every year but don’t wanna compensate for your hard work and contribution. They keep all profit and don’t care about the employees. No matching 401k and stocks for employees. Unlimited vacation is a joke cause they will fire you if you dare to take it. Very

No leadership - changes happens without prior notices. Poor communications, and organization changes are handled ad hoc. No measurable KPIs, each sales team has it's own process to engage delivery teams.
No one interacts here. Period. Everyone is running around doing their own things or pretending working. There are so many individual sales team and they only care about their own commissions. Pathetic.

Mostly consultants works remotely, and the disadvantages of having most meetings remotely, is loosing touch of being part of the team, less collaborations, too much emails, and less motivation.

relaxed and comfortable and valued your skillset with open mind. As much as skillset was a factor, to me you were evaluated for how well you would fit into the team.
They know that they can’t hire top talents so they just hire anyone who shows up that day. It’s easy to get in but it’s also easy to be kicked out. Most people leave before that cause they are not
