What are some of the best things about your team?
Young, driven, and willing to improve to reach quota
Customer obsessed and industry knowledge
No leadership - changes happens without prior notices. Poor communications, and organization changes are handled ad hoc. No measurable KPIs, each sales team has it's own process to engage delivery teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced and incredibly exciting.
Young vibrant and fun youthful team
Mostly consultants works remotely, and the disadvantages of having most meetings remotely, is loosing touch of being part of the team, less collaborations, too much emails, and less motivation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to talk to employees
relaxed and comfortable and valued your skillset with open mind. As much as skillset was a factor, to me you were evaluated for how well you would fit into the team.

Cool people working with cool tech solving cool problems
