What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is about getting work done through other and to get the best out of people you have to build trust with good communication.
Focussing on commercials and strategy while being supportive and transparent. Stop playing politics for personal gain and accept that a lot of people who've been hired into expert roles know 10x more than the leadership team about their subject matter, so let them make decisions

Benefits are on par with top companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for overtime or getting performance bonuses based on the profit contribution made to the business

Allow staff to actually have some autonomy to run projects they're better placed to run than the leadership team. Focus on commercial outcomes
