The culture lacks integrity. Bullied into saying or doing what "they" want vs doing the right thing. I've witnessed targeting and termination of whistle blowers. HR is in on the targeting/termination. Very toxic environment. Mentally stressful, unable to trust team mates, supervisors, leadership.
