What are some of the best things about your team?
It is rare to find a group of people that care so much for each other. I can't point to a single person that I would not enjoy sharing coffee or meals outside of work.
I love working with my team and they are like family. I trust them and that is why our outcome of work is the best.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People celebrate each others victories in their personal and professional lives.
Negatives go up to leadership while positives go down to the employees from leadership. We have a no gossip policy in place.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a thorough process.
The company really tries to make sure candidates understand what they are signing up for. There is a huge focus on culture and culture fit.
I like how thorough HR and leadership are with vetting potential employees. Several interviews are required including a spousal interview at the end of the process.
The interviewer was very calm and made the interview comfortable.
