Senior leadership is non-existent except for criticisms. They pretend to do the rah-rah thing, but when it comes down to it, they absolutely do not care about the employees as people and would throw any of them under the bus to save face.
What are some of the best things about your team?
most of my teammates are enthusiastic, easy to get a hold of, and do great work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is pretty toxic, so I would have to say coworkers are the best part.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop being condescending, stop assuming the job isn't being done and trust that it has (assume positive intent)

What makes you most happy at work?
I like my job and like to be busy. I see my job to provide a good experience for the candidates and customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
since the only other benefit is PTO (and the amount isn't amazing) I would have to say the fact that my paycheck is deposited regularly
