I feel like employee reviews should happen more often and individual based performances should lead to raises and promotions.

We all left that the work was slowing down no one was open and honest about the large layoffs in the company. Shouldn't a company let employees that are calling candidates and talking with clients know how the company is doing without 1st seeing it on social media when many employees are laid off
