The leadership team doesn't earn my respect. For them, a person who schmoozes matters more than a person who is really contributing to the company. The team needs to understand the future trends and need to embrace them.

We are a group of motivated (goal oriented) individuals that are both comfortable collaborating and leading others.
Smart people who work hard and want to do the right thing for their clients.
They want to do the best work possible, and I love their willingness to roll up their sleeves regardless of title.

Culturally we align our time, attention and creativity to serve employees, teams and our local community. Having three active beer taps and the ability to bring your dog to work doesn’t hurt either.
Friendly coworkers, exciting space and cozy small company feeling.

I get to work with all levels of our organization. That said, levels aren’t important to me as great ideas/work aren’t restricted to levels. The only level I truly care about is the level of respect we have for one another... and it’s incredibly high!
