What are some of the best things about your team? Not too much drama. Everyone is equal; same base, same commission structure.. the best on the team put the most deals together, popularity is all about the deals. Prevents petty office issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?..super consistent in their message. Everyone is on the same playing field; good job orders get top priority. Doesn't matter if a sr person or a rookie bring it in. Mainz Brady management pushes us hard to submit the best candidates available not the most available.
What is the best part about your compensation package?the commission structure allows us to make real good money. They always say internally in meetings if you want to give yourself a raise, put more deals together!... Good times here!
