Decent humans with seemingly good character and abilities to manage adversity encountered on job regarding mistakes while injecting humor at times of high stress and pressures

Getting a paycheck. That's about it.

Niagara pays their employees very well.
I have medical from my military retirement, but I do use the dental. And if you live close enough to a Veterinarian that Niagara sponsors, they have pet insurance.

I couldn't really answer this because they have so many benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is fair. Benefits are poor.
Salary is extremely low considering Cali costs.
401k match is awful and no equity is offered
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very hardworking and responsible.
They seem to be intrested in new hires success and they notice when you are able to resolve issues you encounter which is encoraging
We work hard to get the job done. Good communicatiin skills
We got our difference... and we are good together ! A part of being a lead is leading with all my respect! Setting the example and we will follow . .
I'm a new hire and just started my permanent shift with a new team. So far they seem to work together and supportive of each other.

Co workers seem tolerant and exercise patience with newbies
Everyone is a leadership position is available to speak too. And other, more experienced employees have no problem explaining or showing you something when asked of them.

I literally work half of the year with their schedule the way it is and every other week is a three day.
