They are very hardworking and responsible.
They seem to be intrested in new hires success and they notice when you are able to resolve issues you encounter which is encoraging

We pretry much all get along and when one of us is having a bad day someone is always there to cheer you up.
That they have come together in times of adversity and cripplingly-short manpower situations and have achieved their goals. The rapport we have with each other is excellent.
