They desperately need to improve the UX. It's clunky, full of glitches, and has the exact same problems it's had for the past seven years.
Executive team needs replacing. Its sad but company culture was killed after Thoma Bravo acquisition.

Get their product to work consistently. Half the time I can't print postage and calling customer service is a gigantic waste of time.

What are the team outings like at Stamps.com?
It depends on what team you're on. The IT group goes to lunch and movies twice a year. We have a holiday party as well as summer picnic. The Care group used to go to Disneyland every year.
