The ability to change the situation/management treatment is not there. Seeking help only results and losing employment. Hierarchy is supported At all cost. sadly, there is great loss of character and integrity as a result. This does not represent the foundation of Trey unfortunately
Fairness. Treating employees as individuals, not numbers or groups of "types". Special programs have gone too far to where lazy, slow employees are paid higher than the experienced, knowledgeable, hard working employees.
Managers need to speak up for team members and not pretend like things are fine
