Actually knowing what their employees do

Have never met them. Never see them. They're out of touch and in meetings all the time. It's very clear at TriHealth if you don't have numerous initials behind your name, you are nothing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Competitive pay. Teens entering the marketplace are starting out very close to what experienced, knowledgeable, professional 10-15 year employees make at TriHealth. AND we have to be there. Rain, Snow, Tornado, Emergency, COVID, we are there. Holidays, weekends, nights, WE ARE THERE.

Salary is fine, benefits are not great. Too much money comes from our pocket with super high deductables

I AM CONSTANTLY WORKING EXTRA TO HELP, OFTEN TIMES IF WE HAVE A CALL OFF IT PUTS US SHORT STAFFED, I DO 2X THE WORK FOR MY PAY WHICH IS NOT FAIR AND IT WOULD BE MADE UP FOR IF OUR BENEFITS WERE BETTER EX MORE VACATION TIME IN OUR AND NOT LOSING OUR SHORT TERM DISABILITY THAT WE WORKED FOR

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

The ability to change the situation/management treatment is not there. Seeking help only results and losing employment. Hierarchy is supported At all cost. sadly, there is great loss of character and integrity as a result. This does not represent the foundation of Trey unfortunately

Fairness. Treating employees as individuals, not numbers or groups of "types". Special programs have gone too far to where lazy, slow employees are paid higher than the experienced, knowledgeable, hard working employees.

Managers need to speak up for team members and not pretend like things are fine
