My director is great. Listens to suggestions, always asks how things can be done better. The higher ups after her are all about the bottom line and numbers

As I mentioned earlier, the peer interview process allows for team members to provide feedback on potential candidates and the organization actually listens!
I enjoyed the ability to be interviewed with all the different players within the department. I learned more about each person and the players and how each one support the other.
Straightforward questions with minimal problems
Peer interviews are a form of torture. Outdated. Cincinnati is 100 years behind. So is TriHealth. Nothing is fair to the long term worker. If your mgr doesn't want to lose you, she doesn't. And you don't grow, don't get more pay, better job, or anything. Like a bad marriage.
Director was super nice. Made me feel comfortable
People are relaxed and very personable. Plenty of room to grow and learn.
