I feel undervalued because there’s a disconnect between the effort and results I deliver and the recognition or rewards received. Clear alignment between performance and compensation would make a big difference, along with opportunities for growth, meaningful feedback, and competitive pay that ref

Despite challenges, the employees genuinely support each other, creating a sense of community.
The team beneath leadership is incredible and looks out for one another. There is a lot of creativity and great ideas.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture, attitude and productivity comes from the top, and there is zero trust coming from leadership. Employees are doomed to fail unless they are a "yes man" to the CEO.
