The males were decent. The females kept trying to start drama with everyone, I hated being around them because they just talk down to each other and insult others behind their backs, it was very negative, my supervisor and coworker made me dread my job
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Shimano?
I would pay more attention to the interaction between on floor management and employees, also I would be sure that no favoritism or illegal favors for promotions would be happening. I also would pay closer attention to my employees and make sure they were actually working while I was paying them and not running around getting smoothies and coffee from Starbucks every 20 min like Nytaea and Jade used too. They would get paid too while I would be hard at work doing their job along with mine since they were gone so much
