How much diversity is there among employees at Shimano?
Not much they prefer hiring African Americans, I was the only white/native American female on the entire production floor until the last 2 weeks I was there, they hired one other one
What's the office layout like at Shimano?
Huge warehouse with some sections for walking pickers on 2nd story, office is single story in the front and very cold however the actual people working in the office are very nice just not on work floor management their the ones that need to be fired

What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at Shimano? How many hours are you working?
8/16 depends on the workflow and if others have done their jobs correctly. Good luck if you need help my supervisor was always taking unauthorized breaks to go get coffee and smoothies etc, once you get your job down it's pretty easy just don't talk to management they will drag you down with their drama
