I loved presenting cool, advanced ideas to the group.

Very flexible on time-management and very careful about covid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Luckily our meetings are not-often.Vision is lacking at the middle and lower levels.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on my own advanced engineering projects. Even though they will probably be ignored, I get joy from doing it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The options and RSUs are fair and generous. They are really great when the market is healthy. Right now the market is down - so buy buy buy.
