I love that everyone recognizes we are all human beings first. Elastic encourages us to take care of ourselves and bakes flexibility into the employee experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I loved how the leadership team invested time in my X-School experience. Right off the bat, it set the tone for me that leadership genuinely values new hires, and wants to make sure they understand company goals. It was awesome!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is truly fun. I love chit-chatting with them at the beginning of meetings. As a new hire and young professional, they are incredibly supportive and invested in my success. Everyone goes out of their way to help me learn and grow.
