Very eager to help and open to talk things out regularly with a short meeting. Eager to share knowledge. Excellent level of technical skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenging topics we handle, and also the positive and flexible working environment. I feel doing something important, and being fairly compensated for it as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote first culture where you can have a flexible work schedule from flexible locations. And since most of the company is like that, you do not feel any injustice, or being "left out". Also, there is an open mentality about sharing information company-wide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent about the goals, the positives but also the negatives of the company. They regularly do meetings to answer questions which are prioritized by number of people wanting to hear the answers, rather than what the leadership team would like to answer.
