Was exciting at first but after a year true colors were shown! It is all a massive lie!!!

Co-workers each live in their own individual shells covering themselves.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture?! - do you even know the meaning of this word?!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is ok but could be better based on skillsets in Europe, but I guess low paid people from India are valued more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership simply do not care, all they care is numbers and where to cut overheads and employ low paid people from India for max work with minimum pay. Don't you think this is discrimination?
