Innovation for our customers is at the heart of what we do and that's exciting to me. I also love the people I work with - they are smart and thoughtful and always looking to improve.

This has been such a great experience so far and I'm excited for the future here. In the current climate I feel lucky to be in a role I love, working with people who care and who deliver every single day. In a sea of average, this is a amazing company!

RSUs - I've been treated very fairly with refresher grants.

I'm valued based on what I deliver - no one is micro managing me.

Having equity is a huge bonus for me as it provides me with additional upside.

They are very willing to help. This is one of the most collaboratuve teams Ive been part of.

They are open and as transparent as they can be. It feels they are "with us" and accessible when I need their support.

They are honest and open. I don't feel any question is off limits when engaging with them. They make themselves available and engage very authentically.

Getting to solve problems every day. There is a real openess to change even woth colleagues who have been at the company a long time.

"Everyone has an accent" - I love how our company speaks to differences but pulls people together based on commonality of goals and solving customer issues.

The camaraderie and willingness to support each other. The team thrives on doing the right thing and delivering the best service they can to our stakeholders. I feel lucky to be a part of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very multi-cultural and working asynchronously is second nature. If you can't make a call, you watch the recording - I've been at other companies where it's expected you'll join live at 2am. I don't see micromanagement here like I've seen other places. I feel trusted to do my work.
