Working with intelligent people and having an executive team that is down to earth and personable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been welcoming and offers support. They respect that I have a life outside of work, my kids are always invited to join our Zoom calls if they are home sick.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The live the values and ensure all new hires feel personally welcomed by attending and leading sessions at new hire orientation. Multiple C Staff members host sessions to review culture, strategy, product, etc. Amazing, I've never seen that before anywhere else.
